My abuelo just turned 85. He's an inspiration to me. I am sending him over this smartphone so we can whatsapp. I have used it for nearly a year and when I visited him a few weeks ago he fell in love with it. He's always eager to try new things.
I am undecided what phone then I will get for myself but there's a big chance it will be this one, Aquaris M5 y Spanish manufacturer BQ. They're huge in Spain and ready to expand to Europe

I don't like too much Samsug or Apple phones. From the "Big Brands" I tend to prefer the HTCs and Nokias. The last Nokias were top notch devices despite running on relatively app-sparse Windows 8.1.
But that Lumia 930 is still one of the nicest devices I have tried and the One M8 in red...damn...that was some seriously sexy phone.
I just wouldn't spend over £250 on a phone when 2015 midrangers are as good as 2014 flagships. It just isn't worth it and a bit overly-consumeristic.
You can even get an LG G3 or even a Flex 2 for under £250 now, which is awesome.
Anyway, the best rounded devices you can buy right now without spending stupid ammounts of money are probably
Oppo Find 7a (£180); OnePlusOne (£180) and LG g flex 2 (£250)
or if you prefer something more compact
BQ Aquaris M5 (£200) and Xiaomi mi4i (under £200 too)
