After watching video, probably Nordid and Irish looking Dalofaelid with Alpinid influences. His stature is 1.78m which is average not short. He doesn't look "borealized" but negligible Alpinid or within Irish variation. Under stereotypes or overemphasis on facial morphology, he is "Bruenn" as he looks Irish.

I just think he is more Dalofaelid with Nordid than anything else, but has most likely slight Alpinid influences.

Borealised would be completely off in his case, compare him, his (progressive) type and proportions, with that of a typical Lappid or Eastbaltid and you get the difference...
