Madjer-Joao Saraiva was born in Angola and everybody can see he is a mullato and he is a Portuguese national.
Carlos Queiroz born In Mocambique he is white and also a Portuguese national.Madjer doesn't look typical or atypical as He Is a mullato.If you can't tell the difference I suggest you move to a different area.

Nobody said that he is a mulatto, only you. If this is what you think a mulatto looks like then you haven't seen many of them.
