Would you prefer a Chinese or Indian who does speak English, or a Russian or Italian who doesn't?

I would prefer the Russian or Italian who don't speak the language of the country where I live in (be it English or Spanish). After all, even if they don't speak English/Spanish, they would not be dumb and stupid to remain illiterate in English or Spanish forever.

European immigrants have always been very easy to adapt and very willing to contribute with their work and effort anywhere they immigrate. Their race and culture are more akin to my own race (only talking about myself), and to the culture of Spain and Venezuela (if they emigrate to Spain or Venezuela) or to the culture of US America, if they emigrate to US America, where I live.

Nothing against Chinese. On the contrary, I have a very good opinion about them , and I know they would be also willing to contribute with their work and effort (unlike scummy immigrants), and I would prefer them MILLIONS of times, over African immigrants, but they're people of another race, and more alien to the Christian-Western idiosyncrasy to which I belong.

I don't mind if some Chinese immigrate to Spain, for example, but one thing is some few hard working Chinese living in Spain, and another thing is to see the country of my mom flooded with Chinese.

Edit: I would not like Spain flooded with excessive numbers of Italians or Russians either, because I want the ethnic composition of my maternal ancestral country to be conserved for ever and ever, but I am just answering the question of the thread. And my response is that I would prefer Russians or Italians in Spain, over Chinese, because at least they are European and more akin to Spaniards, in contrast to Chinese.

my english level is so low, so i faster will understand gest language os itanlian, than indian or chinece accent.

Im not British but I think its a unfair comparison, because its easy to learn english but the chinese or indian will never be european. I learned german within 6 months when I immigrated to austria.

I voted both equally because I do like chinese and indians alot but I also like russians and italians alot.

as a british user, i prefer a russian who doesnt speak english over a british who speaks english, italian, indian and chinese. we brits admire russians more than any thing. as the british saying goes -- if you are russian, come to my cushion.
