I remember the summer of 2010 in Moscow - it was a real hell. It was possible to escape only under the air conditioner, plus everywhere there was a smell of burning peat bogs. Many people died, and the temperature did not even exceed 37-38 degrees. The famous Moscow humidity.
In Sevastopol, 45 degrees are not felt so hard - there is no this feeling of sticky stuffiness. In the Odessa region, I served in the army for 2 years - I also do not remember the climatic problems.
