In Parma countryside so basically not that far. But I visit much more the Piacentine appennines due to have family living there.

Personally I live in French Alps but snowing isn't at all common in "valley" even if I'm at roughly 700 meters of altitude maybe (a bit more).

Nope I live in France. But I've been to italy hundreds of time probably. There was years every two months I went here with my family.

My grandparents live around Torino (near Lanzo, valle di Lanzo).
