It has been raining almost continuously for three days and not warm for August, only +18 celsius degrees.

Such a wet summer for some of Europe and the east coast here in the states. Had your area been experiencing a drought? I know some places in western Europe are still in drought despite weeks and weeks of rain after successive years of lower than average rainfall. It seems it's all or nothing, once a weather pattern starts it tends to get embedded for ages.

36 degrees as of now, feels like 39 and the max temp will climb up to 37 degrees in a couple of hrs. Unfortunately, the heatwave will continue for a long time..

I haven't heard about it recently but I know that Poland in general is very deficient in water, there's a region where precipitation is only around 500 mms on average per year and my country is actually one of the driest in Europe. Groundwater is severely depleted in many areas. The problem is that most of the precipitation falls in summer and as it can get very hot a lot of it evaporates before sinking in.

23c right now in Dobra Voda near Bar in (southern coast of Montenegro).

I am here since September 1. In that period minimums were from 18c to 24c and maximums from 27c to 31c.Water is still pleasant for swimming. It was not same always, in some days water was little colder and in some little warmer.
This morning with 18c was the coldest since i am here, it was noticealby fresher than previous few mornings which were in domaim of tropical nights (over 20c). Coastal/Med Montenegro is really blessed with climate in comparation with continental-mountain northern Montenegro where there was a frost and close to frost in the previous two mornings.
