This is interesting, there doesn't seem to be as big of a correlation to regions where women have experienced abuse. It seems to drastically change in many border countries.

Along with Arab Muslims, I would add that South Asians also seem to have a very male-dominant culture. People say non-Muslim Indians are more "progressive" but that's mostly bullshit from what I've seen. Not to mention they still literally kill female babies in large parts of India.
