this evening I ate a fried onion leek stew I cooked (in Moldavian: prăjalî di șeapî cu pradz / прэжалы ди шяпы ку прадз).
I'm fasting for Easter, so no meat, dairy or eggs for the 7 weeks. I am not fasting for religious reasons, I am not religious. I only like to have a discipline - for example the previous month I followed a keto diet combined with intermittent fasting to get rid of sugars a bit and burn some fat (though I am quite thin) and it also gives you energy for work.
