It's complicated, also depends on metabolism. I'm fasting almost all wednesdays and fridays, literally eating some olives, nuts, seeds few times. until next day my body is already in some kind of deficite, so eating keto food + drinking 1-2 beers does not kick me out of kethosis. two bottles of beer will be like 20-25 gramms of carbs, if you don't add any plus considering some kind of deficite from yesterday, will make you go through. I'm not doing it frequently, just two times since I'm on keto and it worked.

Made a keto pause for the Christmas lent, just ate fatty herring, some baked potatoes, various fresh veggies seasoned with salt and spices only, spicy Korean carrot salad, very few just baked bread and two glasses of red dry wine made by South African Boers.

Another reason I'm easy with keto and switching fastly between keto and regular food is hereditary low (not extreme) sugar and no insulin resistance tendency. Even before keto i always ate two times per day, never had need for more food. My father eats same two times per day stuffing himself with all kinds of sweets and carbs and still has relatively low sugar in his 75. As I've said i generally have lower sugars, but not much difference on regular and keto nutrition, stable closer to lower border.

Now that I see you, in Spain we usually call this variety "Crimean black tomato". Is this variety really common in the Crimea?

I planted several plants of this variety in my garden one summer. They are quite tasty, but tend to crack when they receive a lot of irrigation water.

These that I have now at home are purchased, they will probably come from Morocco or Almería.
