I have been eating just plain whole-milk yogurt for breakfast for the last few weeks. My diet is a quasi-keto thing. I cut way back on my empty carbs and allow myself more fat. I don't just cut out the added simple sugars. I cut down on the excess bread and starches.

Without going too much into my gastrointestinal tract, I go for the probiotic kind. Some people say that doesn't do much, but my gut says differently.

My yogurts of choice are Straus out of Texas and Nancy's out of Oregon.
