First course: a green pepper pate sandwich.

Main course: mashed potatoes with stewed pear and braised beef in gravy with a big can of sweet dark Grolsch herfstbok. Bock being a dark type of autumn beer that is popular in Western Germany and the Low Countries.

Desert: an apple.

I forgot I have leftover Little Caesars pizza in the fridge. The last thing I ate was watermelon. I had a 10 oz package of cut watermelon and then I had propel electrolyte water.

Desert: an apple and some parts of hazelnut chocolate (Schogetten)
