I must admit that when I eat a dish in which there are potatoes and meat with fried onions and vegetables, it is like I have the keys to the Gardens of Eden!

Pay attention to the main dish which consists of various vegetables, eggs, etc. I especially want to note eggplants. The eggplants in this dish are first cooked on an open fire and then fried in a pan, it turns out incredibly tasty.
