    And I'd agree if we were to talk about pre-war Germany.

    Germany, around 1900, was definitely more blonde than it is today, probably less than 50%, but definitely more than 20%.

    2020, however, is not 1900.

    It's similar to a dark skinned Ghanaian and a light skin Ethiopian couple.
    Is it race mixing?
    In the Anthropological sense probably not.
    It is considered mixing for some i guess because the baby is not going to look native to at least one of his origin countries.
