    Sadly in the UK the reverse is true and our women are not good looking.

    I have tried to deny this for a while but I have come to Croatia and I have seen the light.

    Nonetheless men should go to the gym and you are wrong not to go; perhaps this is why British men find it easy to pick up girls in certain countries? either way you shouldn't do it for women but for your own health and credibility.

    Here all young women are concerned with their weight, they also try to dress well, and the foreigners notice that to.
    And only exercising for aesthetics is tabu for men, not for health or leisure.

    2) weightlifting and bodyweight exercises are an extremely good way to stay in shape, which is also important
