It seem like some ancient Native Americans aka Paleo-Indians seem more Western-shifted than modern Natives?

I utilized the Kolyma_Meso and AG3 as a source proxies to gauge the Western-shiftness of Native Americans. Kolyma is used because they seem to be one of the closest Old World pops to Natives.

Also I realized that the distance fits are horrible but I also don't know how to use formal stats like qpAdm or d-stats to the model Natives. Thus, if someone can teach me how to do formal stats, I would greatly appreciated it.

For example, the average Sumidouro_10000BP Mesolithic samples from Brazil

Target: BRA_Sumidouro_10100BP
Distance: 35.6591% / 0.35659126
76.8 RUS_Kolyma_Meso
23.2 RUS_AfontovaGora3

Or this Anzick Paleo-Indian individual from USA

Target: USA_Anzick
Distance: 34.0226% / 0.34022595
78.0 RUS_Kolyma_Meso
22.0 RUS_AfontovaGora3

Seen more Western Eurasian-shifted than most modern day Native Americans:

Target: Karitiana
Distance: 43.8819% / 0.43881912
79.8 RUS_Kolyma_Meso
20.2 RUS_AfontovaGora3

Target: Huichol
Distance: 35.9213% / 0.35921330
81.0 RUS_Kolyma_Meso
19.0 RUS_AfontovaGora3

Target: Mixe (they have lower ANE than most Natives?)
Distance: 37.2616% / 0.37261569
83.4 RUS_Kolyma_Meso
16.6 RUS_AfontovaGora3

Or when using Karelia_HG as another source to gauge West Eurasian affinity in Native Americans (I heard EHG is mostly ANE derived with significant WHG), Sumidouro and Anzick also seems to contain more EHG than modern Natives:

Target: BRA_Sumidouro_10100BP
Distance: 36.6915% / 0.36691535
92.2 RUS_Kolyma_Meso
7.8 RUS_Karelia_HG

Target: USA_Anzick
Distance: 35.0105% / 0.35010467
93.0 RUS_Kolyma_Meso
7.0 RUS_Karelia_HG

Compare to moderns:

Target: Karitiana
Distance: 44.6224% / 0.44622363
98.6 RUS_Kolyma_Meso
1.4 RUS_Karelia_HG

Target: Huichol
Distance: 36.6895% / 0.36689526
96.6 RUS_Kolyma_Meso
3.4 RUS_Karelia_HG

Target: Mixe
Distance: 37.8424% / 0.37842410
98.6 RUS_Kolyma_Meso
1.4 RUS_Karelia_HG

What's the reason behind this? Do modern day Native Americans become gradually slightly more East Eurasian genetically than their ancient forefathers?
