I am trying to quit but invain. What's the better idea to leave? I have heard about E-Cigerates. Is this really helpful?

Not sure. My sense is no, but you'd have to ask former smokers this. Nicorette, and other things of that sort, can help though, but I know people who managed to quit cold turkey too.

No. I used to but I realized it was a waste of time, unhealthy, and was becoming an addiction.

I enjoy tobacco very much, God-sent plant. If I could get Prince Albert where I'm at I would pipe smoke more often, but since I can't I'm stuck with either shitty blends or over-priced cigars, reason I choose the latter.
