Looks like a Puerto Rican. Could pass for one. As for your unsure if fully Italian, Well, He kinda reminds me of a now banned user who is Sicilian American origin, who also can pass for a Puerto Rican. That said, maybe he's one of those Italians who don't really look very European.

Rappers always seem to look more southern or whatever than the norm for their group. I think it probably relates to how they style themselves. Look at Vinnie Paz, the guy is from Sicily, but somehow looks Puerto Rican.
