Anywhere from 0.4% to 5%. I've given up trying to guess how much, but it always shows up and is consistent with family history so I just accept it as given.

This is what I thought. I would have been very surprised if it did not come from that side. I think, judging by our Countries of Ancestry on 23andme we have a Russian ancestor somewhere.
