1. Caucasoid category is not simple like that. It usually has two sub-category: European and non-European. My sub-categories: North Europeans, South/Med Europeans, West Asians and MENA, Caucasoids with some non-Caucasoid features, but they still have dominant Caucasoid features (e.g. Caucasoid Central Asians with some East Asian admixture, South Asians with some Australoid admixture).

2. South Indians and Sri Lankans have Australoid admixture but not pure Australoids. They're mixed type. Some of them have dominant Australoid features, others are dominant Caucasoid. I don't think many of them can pass as Australoid or you can classify all of them as Australoid.

My opinion is that the so called ''negroid race'' is a composite between native african races A and B haplogroup carriers (Pygmy and Koishan) and eurasian E pseudo-cromagnoid of afalou phenotypes that brought agriculture and imposed their haplogroup all over Africa, the eastern branch of E, D imposed over the rest of Eurasia creating the proto ainuid race, but then those races were conquered by mesolithic cromagnoids in Europe and by neolithic agriculturalist in the middle east and by jomon people in Asia so the human races are:

caucasoid race: mix of cromagnoid and neolithic farmer white skinned often depigmentated,
mongoloid race: descendents of jomon man
negroid race:mixture of eurasians and pigmy elements
pygmy race: ancient african race
khoishan race: ancient african race
australoid race: archaic subrace living in south India and Oceania.

Has anyone heard of Lloyd Pye's Intervention Theory?

Basically, Intervention theorists believe that alien beings intervened on Earth, terraforming everything from the planet’s environment to human beings. Those aliens modded Earth's life forms for their personal use, and according to Pye the life forms used as raw material to create human beings - which those creators did by injecting their own DNA - were the "hominoids": a term adopted to describe a family of upright walking hair-covered primates that live on every continent on Earth except Antarctica, and are known by different names in different cultures: Bigfoot in the U.S., Sasquatch in Canada, Yowie in Australia, Yeti and Abominable Snowman in the Himilayas, Alma in Eastern Europe, and various other names around the world.

I think that if you combine this knowledge with Cachet's Neanderthal/Homo Sapiens theory (and don't forget the Denisovans and other archaic humans) you get plenty of food for thought (or maybe some bad trip )

Note: When Lloyd says that "Adam and Eve" were black that doesn't necessarily mean he is going with the "Out of Africa" theory, but that the first human beings as we know were African/negroids, made out of the hominoids livinging in Africa.
