    Calling him "Russian" would be like calling Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, "Greek".
    Definitely not Russian or Slavic.
    Nicholas II of Russia was a first cousin of George V.
    That alone tells us something.
    But, of course, a DNA test result would pinpoint exactly where his ethnic origins lie.
    We also have to consider the Genetic Effects of Royal Inbreeding.
