    Default Albanians in Romania

According to romanian census, in Romania, 520 Albanians are living
But in 2012 election, league of Albanians of Romania(Albanian party) was gained 10010 votes which means albanian population is much more higher than census

a lot of Albanians settled in south Romania in Ottoman times, one by one, and one by one assimilated. south Romania is very Balkanic (the only Balkanic region in Romania) and many Romanians there have Albanian, Greek and even Turkish and Tatar ancestry

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albanians_of_Romania

Romania's national poet was born Mihail Eminovici (Eminović, surname encountered only in Bosnia)

Romania's greatest playwright Ion Luca Caragiale dressed Albanian folk clothes and had Albanian ancestry (Karaxhale)

great medieval ruler Vasile Lupu (the Wolf), birth name Vasile Coci (Koçi) was of Albanian father and Moldavian mother

Romania's PM Victor Ponta also has recent Albanian roots (last century)

Romanian Albanians were into administration positions and small commerce so they were from the beginning a middle class and an urban population in south Romania

The Greeks found in Romania also migrated during our junta.

I won't get into Greek subject. Greeks were infinitely more numerous and visible in public affairs in Wallachia (south Romania). also, there was continuum Greek inhabiting in today's Romania land from Antiquity (the lower Danube and Black Sea colonies).

a famous more recent Romanian Greek is Iannis Xenakis

I just mentioned it to show that they were migrating until recently (in this case for political reasons),not only in ottoman times

    In the opposite mode maybe.
A little fact: the Albanian anthem was made by the Romanian composer Ciprian Porumbescu, originally for the song Pe-al nostru steag e scris Unire (in English: On our flag is written Unification). Who's ruling who now?
