He is just Baltoid influenced. Eye colour looks dark grey.

i'm assuming pavel datsyuk is north pontid. Dark hair and brown eyes, but his features definitely look north pontid.

Real Pontid type have thin lips and dark eye (like all Mediterraneans) ..

Mediterraneans (and Pontids and Atlantids) are known for having full lips.
