Difference between Alpine-Med and Alpine-Pontid?

Is there a difference or are they the same thing? If there is a difference, then in which European countries are each sub-race most heavily concentrated?

I find Alpine Med classifications are usually given to Northern or Central Italians, as well as Swiss, Slovenians, French and Austrians.
