Russia has expulsed between 12 and 16 millions germans of east Europe, that's 88% of them.
Königsberg (or Kaliningrad in russian) was prussian and the german population was replaced by a russian population.

Not excusing it but population transfers in the Soviet Union happened in a lot of places. 1/4 of Estonia's population is Russian for example.
