I believe that Bulgarians are the descendants of Chocolate-Saxons migrating into the Balkan region. That's why every slav envies them. They can only dream of being as masculine and as mandingofied as them.

Who cares if Bulgarians today have some Ugric-like, or other admixtures.....Most Bulgarians i've seen are Slavic looking ,they speak a Slavic language, and Bulgaria has historically been a Slavic cultural hub.

The instrument was forgotten during soviet era for different reasons , unfortunately.
I was lucky to hear a lot of bagpipe on the streets of Varna during my stay - almost daily, actually on some days you'd see a bagpipe player in the park and one or two on the central pedestrian streets. it sounded awesome, they seemed skillful as well

Russia has nothing to do with Bulgaria. If anything, Russia is a cultural offset of Bulgaria. That Christian center claim also only applies to Western Bulgaria (See: Rila) and North Macedonia.

We have 1/10 Bulgarian words and grammar. How can an ignorant village Turk talk about this?

In the same way as Turkey is not the cultural center of Kazakhstan.
