Italians are generally whiter than Chuvashes, although some (mainly) South Italians look like Turks/MENA's.

Autosomally 40% North European, 22% Siberian and NE Asian. Rest CHG, West Asian etc. Chuvash have a very clean racial outlook.
Y-dna N is strong in them probably why the Finnish OP favors them. They are more northernly people than Italians.
They are last speakers of Oğur Turkic, language of Old Bulgars, Attila the Hun and also (not sure but) Khazars.

They are genetically South European + some MENA, that's similar to you neo-Turks and they look accordingly.
