In general none are very accurate at all, the Croatian one looks too soft, the Serbian one, seems strange and the Slovenian one is too dark. That's my opinion though.

The Slovenian is very light.. He s Nordic he looks Northern European (blond blue eyes)
The Serbian one is quite light (he s blondish/light brown; altought he has brown eyes)
The Croatian is a blue eyes brunette overall Mediterranean-pontid/atlantid
Bosnian looks dinaric and very light skinned (brunette, brown eyes)

He is blonde.. His hair and even his eyebrow are blond

I didnt say morph should look Swedish. You brought up terms like Nordic not me. In this discussion words like Nordic and blonde isnt relevant at all in any way so you better stop saying it because its making you sound a bit cuckoo. My guess is that your morph would probably look somewhat more soft if you only included Slovene players. More Alpinised. Not necessarily much lighter.
