No. Capoids are the most basal of the human races, but they're still evolved from the first anatomically modern humans. No modern races existed back then, but the human races at that time were closest genetically to Capoids. Australoids evolved from the same out of Africa humans as Caucasoids or Mongoloids, but they clearly followed a different direction evolutionary. Most, if not all, erausians had slight mixture with Neandertals and/or Denisovans. Some Negroids also have influence from back migrations from Eurasia, which is why there is haplogroup E and R in some parts of Subsaharan Africa.
