It's not a money making scam, in case anyone was wondering. No one would charge £2,556,699.18 and expect people to pay it. The reason for such a high amount is given in the final paragraph, and the reason for that specific number is esoteric. Can anyone work out what it is?

The six-spoked wheel in a circle is called the Kroder, and symbolises the wheel of the year. It also, as you say, incorporates the Hagal rune, and indeed all other runes. See here in the Oera Linda Book http://oeralinda.angelfire.com/#at

Well, to get there more accurately you have to use the correct 365.25 days in a year, and perhaps adjust for leap years - depending on which the training starts.
