I'll admit, i hate being alone, my fear is to be alone and a failure. But after reading this, this got me to think a little bit more.

In my phycology class (college), i read something in my textbook, it says that we are too into what ppl think of us if we were to get emotional or angry or frustrated even if it's something that's simple (but what is simple, everyone has different experiences) so we try hard to hold it in and not cry or get emotional, but in the thing it said that phycologists recomend that it is okay to get emotional or angry at something simple because we are only human beings, that's what makes us human if not that then we are robots.

So i say it's okay to cry, get angry or upset or frustrated, it is better to let it go or out to not hold it in, it is like carring a horse on your back you gotta drop it so you can finally feel relaxed from stress.

This is my own quote: If you be or envy others, your are not free and therefore unhappy, only when you are yourself (act, talk, style, music, dress, etc...) you are then truly happy and free (unlike everybody else stuck in that mental slavery to impress others) if they give you a weird facial expression fuck em, their stupid and dumb, they'r stuck in that mental slavery of forcing their facial muscles to do an expression that is not natural to them and you can tell.
