I once had with alcohol a perfect perspective of an oak and my car embraced to it.

I wish the sacramental value of alcohol could be restored. And not in a Judeo-Christian way.

The latin word for alcohol is spiritus. Indeed, alcohol comes from arabic al-kahul, "the spirit". As a spirit it is neither good nor evil per se. As a spirit it must be respected. I believe this very much.

No worries Galgano. You didn't give me pain at all. Sure my faimily has had bad experiences with alcohol, but I don't mind about people drinking or having fun while doing it as long they don't get, well, shitfaced or something like that. I'm fine with that.

I never ever drink alcohol myself, though.

Wine was called a blessing from the Gods (of Greece and Rome) by the ancients, why ought we to be prudes who want to continue their worthy legacy? We may not have divine ambrosa, but we have our own means of (semi)divine intoxication at hand!

And..... mead was a legacy of Odin's flight from Suttung in the northern lore, and Odin was also said to subsist only on wine, feeding his food to his wolves and ravens each night during the feasting in the Sky Hall with the einherjar, and wine is an important part of the communion of the Catholics/Christians--- so why all of the fuss?
