I used to have a Venezuelan colleague and she was well integrated. We will be easy going if the person is hard working middle class. What we dont like are the ultra poor Bolivians/Peruvians/Paraguayans that ask for welfare the minute they enter our country.

I can answer to that, theres a notion that Argentina has the most psychologists per capita. I've even read a Rolon book and he made a mention to that:

En realidad tenemos muchos recibidos por capita porque aca hay muchas universidades buenas gratuitas. En otros paises como USA para tener un titulo universitario tenes que tener mucha plata.
