I think he has similar skin colour as I do. Yesterday I asked my sister about my skin colour and she said im lightly brown skin tone but still look european. She said "du siehst aufjedenfall europäisch aus" (You definitely look european).
Anyways back to this guy, he looks perfectly white to me. Slightly darker teint but still normally european.
