I live in a medium sized town and I don't see any women trying to look like them. Even on social media I don't see any. From time to time on the internet I see white women who look like they might have got lip injections but that's it. They still don't look ethnic in my opinion.

The anti-white indoctrination hasn't affected states like Indiana nearly as much as it has urban areas like California and New York City. Yep I live in Indiana. I never see white girls around here trying to look ethnic. I don't see it on social media much either but its not like i'm going though every girl's profile though. This is probably going on more in other states and urban areas like you said.

Blemishes are more visible when you have white skin so thats why some white girls like to tan. Another reason could be to stand out since those looks arent so typical in white countries.
