+1. I think among you guys there are also many who don't look anywhere south or east but more ethno mind pragmatist. Actually I would personally also group your nation with Croats or Slovenes before anything more south. We make jokes about Albanians and have stereotypes about them (probably due to Yugoslavia where each people got a stereotype) and have some mistrust towards them, while we barely talk bad about Turks.
I'd say we feel closer to Turks, but that's mainly due to politics and reciprocal support.
