there are white people even in bolivia, Peru or Ecuador. For instance, There are significant numbe of castizo people in mexico too.

They are only half Peruvian. Average? Maybe in Peru's middle class not average in Cuzco,or the Peruvian highlands which are very amerindian.

Is an average in general...towns in peruvian higlands are very small. Cuzco is indo-mestizo, you only are considerate farmer people arround the city.

The half Guatemalan/Peruvian twins are not the average Peruvian. They are 22% European which is 3 times more than the average Peruvian who are 7.4% Euro.

Average Peruvian is 83% Amerindian 7.4% Euro , in Lima it's 69.3%,14.3% Amerindian.
