I have 3 kids (all of them with my only wife).
Two boys (ages 12 and 9) and a girl (just 3 months).

This gives me hope, mine are 9 and 11 and I thought the distance would be too much to have a third one.

I hope some day I can say the same about myself, but for now the search for the right wife is still one :P

There were almost 50 years between my great-grandfather's oldest and youngest siblings.

I have one boy (18 months) It would be nice to have a girl next, so one of each, only because we're stopping at 2 but I would be happy and love my boys either way. I certainly won't be one of those women who have a million babies to get another gender I think what's meant to be is meant to be, God knows best.
