Do Spaniards hate the British?

If you look at the way they talk about British people on internet forums, you get the genreal impression that Spaniards don't like us one bit. I'm personally not overly keen on Spaniards either, I think they are scroungers who need to stand on their own two feet. However, if I say anything bad about the Spaniards, that makes me a racist in the UK.

I remember watching some Irish republican video on Youtube and it was full of Spaniard suck ups saying how they support the IRA and hate British people. If I said I supported ETA and hated those Spanish scum, all hell would break loose.

Having said that, I've never noticed a Spaniard act adversely towards me in real life, but then again, that takes balls. It seems I'm the only British person who hates these insufferable Med scum.

As a British/spanish mongrel i must say no, not all of them dislike the britons at all.


But however i kind of understand your frustration as your half mongoloid nature prevent you from join the great caucasian family while swarthy garlic eaters are full members of it.

Most of them also hate terrorism of any kind, what are you talking about? and basque radical nationalists are not a great model of spaniards precisely.
