My good friend is Cuban of mostly Spanish descent but he has a Basque surname so he might be Basque.

Hes 6'4 and paler than most other white Americans in our area (maybe because there live mostly Sicilians and Ashkenazi around here)

Only thing is his eyes and hair are very dark brown

Finnish people and Very Northern Scandinavians have a mongol ancestry. It's estimated between 4-15% mongoloid, it can be even more. This is why most of them have, as I said, round heads like a ball and are usually shorter and stocky.
