Armenians speak an Indo-European language but genetically they are not Europeans. Tatars speak Turkic language. They have significant amount of Mongoloid with European ancestry.

I don't think the Georgian coastline is similar to Atlantic northern Spain, which has an oceanic temperate climate, with cool summers and mild winters. Summer is much more hot in north Mediterranean and Adriatic cost, than on Georgian Black Sea cost and more dry.
In Batumi for example average daily temperature for July, August is 25 degrees, same in Bilbao. In Split temperature is 30 degrees.

This is partly a meaningless dispute.
Tatars are not a homogeneous ethnos having average value of mongoloid admixture 15%. In reality, this value varies from 0 to 25%.
Therefore, the Tatars are not white as an ethnos, but among them there are people (probably about 25%) who do not have any mongoloid admixture at all.
