Is holding hands lame or what?

I realize that i have never held hands in public even when i was genuinely crazy in love with my ex girlfriend that without hesitation i would have given her one of my arms legs or heart transplant if need be, but no hoding hands.
I feel awkward and i find it to be un-natural for two adults holding hands in public.
No two people are the same, no two people walk the same in same motion of steps, no two fingers are the same, so when two adults walk holding hands it has to be in their most un-natural state.
Your opionion, am I weird for feeling this way or do i make any sense?!

i know what youre saying.. i dont like walking slow either but its a symbol of leading her

ex. shes walking into a store and you can change her trajectory lol

HOLD HER HAND IN PUBLIC FOR A FEW MINUTES AND SAY IM PROUD TO BE SEEN WITH YOU IN PUBLIC BLA BLA THEN LET GO AND SMACK HER ASS IN PUBLIC.

Don't hold hands, let her hold onto your arm. It shows that she is your possession. The girl on your arm.

An example of men taking their woman on a walk... It's important for keeping them slim.

Sure if she wants you to hold her hand ofcourse you going to hold it for a minute or so, but in my city i have noticed all the europeans who come visit here most all the time the man walks in front and the woman follows him without distraction nor looking around, she just like a sheep followes her man.
I dont think americans are more romantic than the french but you see most always you see a french man walking in front of his woman but the americans holding hands more often. Whats up with that?!
