    I don't see the point though. The average person doesn't even know that much about watches. If I saw someone wearing it at the street it I would never guess that's a watch that costs more than a brand new car, lol. Only a connoisseur would know.

    Better to buy a military watch when the budget is low. Quality is outstanding, especially for a quart mov.

    I doubt that someone who is willing to spend that much money on a watch to be doing it just to keep it to themselves and not to increase their status but alright. One could also say that an Ferrari is exclusively personal and can be highly customized, but people who are into cars will still notice it.
