Russia – We often see weight-lifting and similar harder exercises as something only younger people do. Rightly so, you probably never seen anyone old do it and neither did the young Russian teenagers until one day they came to their open workout park and saw a local Babushka pumping push-ups like crazy.

Looking at the 72 year old grandma, you would think exercising at this tempo (which is damn fast as you can see) is a piece of a cake. But it isn’t and she is leaving all the local Russian teenagers in awe and wondering how a pensioner Babushka is out-preforming them all.

Nice. She reminds me of my Grandma who is around the same age. She is like a lioness. Very healthy. I don't know if it's because of her genetics, or because she has a healthy life style. One thing that sticks in my mind is after she takes a shower, she literally wraps herself up like a baby and refuses to get up. She is very careful about getting sick.
