No, it's b/s and won't happen. Some people are leeches and money-grabbing opportunists who are always playing the victim card. The past is dead and they're not slaves today.

So it's about time some people started to grow-up and leave the long-dead past behind them now, (which hasn't personally affected them today!) and start living in the here & now and the present moment of time.

Otherwise the Americans of Irish descent will want reparations for slavery too, and Aboriginal Australians, and Indian people (in India - as well as Amerindians,) etc.

We simply can't afford to pay millions and millions of people on the planet over their lame and feeble long-dead ancestors;- so it's too bad that opportunists aren't going to be able to get reparation money!

Actually, if they want to lecture about colonisaton in the past - we're being colonised today by foreign migrants! Plus we're kindly giving a load of hard-earned taxmoney in foreign aid contributions to help third world nations - even though it should be the responsibility of their own incompetent governments to improve their economies, and to encourage people in those nations to take responsibility for themselves in life, instead of lazily demanding money from other hard-working people all the time - so why are they still moaning?!
