Why was I cursed with baby face?

I have a good height (5'11), a deep voice, but my face makes me look so young. I'm also skinny. I feel like people take me as less of a man because of it. I wish if I could grow a rockin beard, but I can't grow a full one yet. It's really hard for me to gain muscle cause I have a high metabolism, but most of my male cousins are ripped and some have beards too. Does anyone else have this issue?

I'm beginning to use the gym. My main problem is eating. My college has nasty ass food in the dining hall, so i usually get subway very often, but when I do eat in the dining hall, I don't know what good and bad choices are in the dining hall.

Your puberty maybe started later than others ? Just wait, my brother is like you. He's 18, thin (but athletic) and has only peach fuzz but he's tall and has deep voice like you. However, his puberty started later.
Do you have at least peach fuzz ? Continue to shave it, the beard will grow sooner or later. Practise some sports also with a friend, you will be more motivated.
And don't worry, later, you will be happy to look younger than your age.
Also don't forget that your clothes and the way you behave can make you older or younger.

Yes, I've dropped douchebag skater boy look recently and have gone for a more mature 20 year old ish style clothes wise. And I am a bit if a late bloomer. I don't lose my last baby tooth till age 12 and didn't have a voice crack till almost 14 . I also do have a peach fuzz.
