Will France break up and split into multiple differents states?

If they weren't overcentralized, I wonder if they would have had full blown separatist movements in Occitania, Normandy, etc. similar to Spain. French people are probably happy their country is overcentralized because of that reason. But personally, I don't think too much centralization is good.

Separatism usually only happens when people don't have any control over their own areas, so it's more likely that this centralism caused separatism.

What separatism? France doesn't have any noteworthy separatist movements.

Spain, Italy, and the UK are much less centralized than France and have proper separatist movements. Look at separatism in those countries (Catalonia, Basque Country, Veneto, Scotland) and then compare it to France where its nearly non-existent (I'm talking about mainland France not some far flung regions in the middle of the ocean like North Caledonia).
