Foxy Knoxy is probably as guilty as sin. I remember reading some blog of hers (facebook or myspace or similar before it was taken down, can't remember) which contained bizarre stories about torturing / killing people. By itself it doesn't prove much but on the other hand, first she and her bf tried to pin the murder on some Congolese nigger bar-owner. He was able to produce a fairly solid alibi.

Next they pinned it on their nigger pal. Whilst no doubt he would have been involved it's unlikely that he was the one who wrote the script.

She's right where she needs to be.... in prison. Just because she's cute looking and "American" and "white" doesn't make her some miscarriage of justice victim.

Confronted with the overwhelming DNA evidence which proved that he had not only been in the room after Miss Kercher was stabbed, but also that he had had sexual contact with her, he immediately admitted being in the house and "fooling around" with Miss Kercher, who he said he had met in a bar, but said he had started to feel ill and went to the loo, where he was listening to his iPod when he heard an argument between Miss Knox and Miss Kercher.

"I heard Meredith's and Amanda's voices, arguing about some money missing," he told the court in Perugia at the start of his appeal last month. "Halfway through the third track I heard a piercing scream."

He said he rushed towards Miss Kercher's bedroom and saw a man, who he later suggested resembled Mr Sollecito, running away. Guede said that when he glanced out of the window, he saw the silhouette of Miss Knox.

He claimed he fled to Milan and then to Germany because he "panicked" and became convinced that the colour of his skin would be enough to attract the attention of Italian police.

In the dramatic new statement Guede's cellmate claims that Rudy Guede told him there was another person with him but it was not Amanda or Raffaele.

The cellmate's testimony was videotaped and submitted to the prosecutor's office in Perugia.

Still, it's unlikely that he would have acted alone and the alibis and excuses of Foxy and her bf weren't particularly convincing.

There's an orchestrated US media campaign to cast doubt on the case, the competence and integrity of the Italian Police and Judicial system etc but these American attempts remind me a bit of how they go to work whenever new US warcrimes are unearthed in some corner of the world.

I very much doubt that Knox or her bf are "innocent". The bf was most likely under her spell and the nigger pal went along for the ride.

The jury themselves btw actually declined to come up with a motive for the case.

So what? The prosecution based her entire motive for the killing on the fact that she liked kinky sex.

Look, I understand the need for being open-minded and all, but jesus, let's call a spade a spade here and say probably the black African immigrant, who already had a criminal record, probably did the deed himself and blamed it on Amanda Knox.

My personal view is that niggers like Rudy are less likely to kill women. Rape or assault them, sure. Killing them... I'm sceptical about that part.

Whilst he was involved in this mess it's unlikely that he would have instigated or controlled events. He was the "outsider" whilst Knox and the victim shared the apartment. Knox's bf would also have had a higher status than Rudy in their little community.

It's unlikely that Rudy would have been acting solo in Knox's apartment without Knox and her Italian bf having any inclination of what was going on. I've lived in enough communes / student digs to know how things there typically work. If I recall correctly they gave some rather bizarre statements to the police pretending to be unaware of anything being amiss whilst the apartment was a bloodbath.

I also notice that you keep harping on about Knox's supposed innocence but show less interest in the Italian bf. Is he also a supposed "victim" in all this? Did the ape do the dirty deed all by himself?

Imo that scenario is highly unlikely.

The trial was also told how another friend of Miss Kercher's, Natalie Hayward, 23, of Peterborough, expressed the hope that Miss Kercher had not suffered when she died.

Miss Knox allegedly replied: "What do you think? She ------- bled to death. They slit her throat, Natalie. She died slowly and in a lot of pain."

Prosecutors say that police officers revealed nothing of how Miss Kercher was killed and that Miss Knox could only have known such details if she had seen the body.

Prosecutors are likely to use the vibrator to suggest that Miss Knox, who called herself 'Foxy Knoxy' on her MySpace page, was sexually precocious and adventurous.

They allege that the University of Washington undergraduate and her Italian boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, 24, tried to force Miss Kercher to take part in a sex game and that Miss Knox then stabbed her in the neck with a knife when she resisted. Both deny the charges.

They were among a group of students who were called to a police station in Perugia on Nov 2, 2007, a few hours after the crime was discovered.

"I found Amanda's behaviour very strange," said Robyn Butterworth, 23, one of seven friends of Miss Kercher who traveled from the UK to give evidence.

"She showed no emotion when everyone else was really upset. We were all crying but I didn't see Amanda cry," said Miss Butterworth, of Northampton, who was studying with Miss Kercher at Perugia's University for Foreigners.

"She and Raffaele were kissing and joking together, there was laughter at some point, I remember Amanda stuck her tongue out at Raffaele."

Another friend of Miss Kercher's, Sophie Purton, 21, of Essex, broke down in tears as she described how, on the day that the murder was discovered, Miss Knox told her: "What do you want to know because I know everything."
