Have a plot up. But because the names are all long, I'll have to try and edit them all smaller.
Thank you Graham. I would love that.

I want to take this test. How do you do it? I am willing to pay the $90 because I will pay anything to find out the truth about my racial heritage

That's the European one. The Finnish one is messier, would need to shorten the names like Graham did.

Would you be able to do the Finnish one? I wonder if I am on that one?

Sure, I could do it later today. You're on it, will PM you how it looks already.

Here you go, all you portuguese are near each other 1-10. Good plot this is actually. You sit next to someone from Extremadura.

Jax, becaue of the way the graph works. You could sit anywhere from South to West of Finland. It doesn't work well for New worlders though.

Why does it not work well for New Worlders? This is based on fastIBD segment results is it not?

It does make sense for you to be honest, given that you are a quarter Finnish and the Finns are very visibly separate on this, it makes sense.

Can you explain in short what you will learn with this ? And how it is possible for me to get on it too.

Here is what David said about them below to get results.

Here are those datasheets. They should produce plots very similar to those above (West Eurasian, European and Finnish). I tried to include as many regular and not so regular contacts as possible. Apologies if I missed anyone out.

You can run them with gnuplot. To get a 2D plot based on the first two components, try:

plot 'PCA1.txt' using 2:3:1 with labels

    To use dimensions 1&3, try:

plot 'PCA1.txt' using 2:4:1 with labels

To get a 3D plot based on the the first three dimensions, try:

splot 'PCA1.txt' using 2:3:4:1 with labels
