I think it is a common thing to see lactose intolerance begin to show up as one is getting aged? I had no problem at all like 5-6 years ago, now a small piece of cheese(not to mention drinking milk) makes me sick the whole day.

drinking milk from ~25 y/o brings me some discomfort, but everything OK with fermented milk products like cheese, yoghurt, kefir e.t.c.
